Wedoany.com Report-Dec 29, Collins Aerospace has announced a major upgrade initiative for Beechcraft King Air and Hawker aircraft, focusing on the enhancement of their Pro Line Fusion and Pro Line 21 advanced avionics systems.
This comprehensive modernisation programme aims to boost aircraft performance and safety while equipping cockpits with cutting-edge technologies designed to reduce pilot workload, improve situational awareness, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key elements of the programme include:
Upgrading Pro Line 21-equipped King Air 200 and 300 series aircraft to the Pro Line Fusion system.
System enhancements for factory-installed Pro Line Fusion in King Air 200 and 300 series aircraft.
Pro Line 21 upgrade packages for King Air 200 and 300 series aircraft.
Modernisation of Pro Line 21 avionics in Hawker 750, 800, and 900 series aircraft, boosting operational capabilities, safety features, and compliance with next-generation airspace requirements.
The Pro Line Fusion avionics system offers intuitive touchscreen displays and advanced communication, navigation, and surveillance tools. Its features include synthetic vision, enhanced navigation, and simplified flight planning, providing pilots with greater control and efficiency.
Meanwhile, the Pro Line 21 system delivers a fully integrated digital cockpit with high-resolution displays and streamlined communication, navigation, and surveillance capabilities, prioritising situational awareness and reduced pilot workload.
Collins Aerospace is backing the initiative with a comprehensive customer service programme, supported by an extensive dealer network and installation base.
