CNOOC Limited Brings On-stream Long Lake NW Project in Canada

Wedoany.com Report-Nov 7, CNOOC Limited (the "Company", SEHK: 00883 (HKD Counter) and 80883 (RMB Counter), SSE: 600938) announces that Long Lake Northwest Project in Canada has commenced production safely.

The project is located in Alberta, Canada. The main production facilities include a new well pad and 4 pipelines. It will be developed with steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) operation and 8 well pairs are planned to be commissioned. The project is expected to achieve a peak production of approximately 8,200 barrels of crude oil per day in 2025.

CNOOC Petroleum North America ULC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNOOC Limited, holds 100% interest in this project and is the operator.
