The Combustible Gas Alarm Controller is designed according to the national standard GB16808-2008. It features an LCD display and communicates with detectors via an M-BUS two-wire bus system. It has two sets of passive switch signal outputs: one for controlling an electromagnetic valve and another for controlling a ventilation fan, enabling functions such as automatic valve closure and ventilation. The controller can manually trigger ventilation to ensure air circulation. The controller retrieves detector information through polling, processes data using a high-speed CPU, and displays relevant gas concentrations and statuses on the LCD, outputting corresponding control signals. Its modular design ensures easy maintenance.
For applications requiring multiple signal outputs, actuators can be configured based on capacity to choose the right controller model. The system is flexible to install, stores records for power on/off, alarms, and faults without data loss during power outages. The system can also be upgraded to IoT communication for wireless data transmission.
Easy Installation and Economical Wiring: The M-BUS two-wire power communication system allows both power and signal transmission through the same line (power ± and signal ±), eliminating the need for polarity differentiation and offering automatic protection. This simplifies wiring, reduces faults, enhances system interference resistance, and is highly economical and convenient for installation.
Clear and Intuitive Display: It features an LCD display showing real-time operational data, alarm and fault records, and a high-brightness LED indicator for on-site status monitoring.
Simple Operation and Maintenance: The TPU material used for the buttons is safe and non-toxic, and it does not pose a risk to sensor poisoning. It can automatically detect detector types and alarm points, supporting various detectors (%LEL / PPM / %VOL) in a single system without configuration. It also allows remote calibration and zeroing for online detectors, as well as manual "linkage" signal output.
Large Data Storage Capacity: Stores alarm records, power-on/off records, and historical records, all retained even during power loss.
Multiple Signal Outputs: Two programmable switch outputs (contact capacity of 220V/5A) can link to ventilation fans or industrial electromagnetic valves, with linkage signals manually or automatically triggered. Through compatible modules, the controller can output 4-20mA, NB-IoT/4G-CAT1, UDP/TCP/HTTP signals. Additionally, it includes an RS485 bus communication interface (standard Modbus/RTU protocol) for integration into control systems, enabling remote monitoring and improving accuracy and timeliness.
Flexible Configuration and Installation: A complete industrial or commercial gas alarm system configuration includes a gas alarm controller, gas detectors, linkage control box, fans, industrial electromagnetic valves, and communication wiring, ensuring ease of installation and setup.
