②Custom-designed based on customer performance requirements, optimized using CFD technology, with energy consumption lower than similar models.
③The materials for the impeller and main shaft are selected based on different medium temperatures and operating speeds, using high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, heat-resistant alloy steel, and high-temperature, high-strength alloy steel to ensure that the impeller and shaft maintain reliable strength at high temperatures.
④For dust-containing gases, we can handle various working conditions, from low to extremely high dust concentrations. The blade surface, after special treatment, can achieve a hardness of HRC60-70, extending the impeller life by more than three times.
⑤The mating surfaces between components are tightly fitted for good sealing performance, ensuring that the output pressure will not decrease.
⑥The impeller is annealed to completely eliminate the structural internal stress generated during welding, ensuring that the impeller does not experience shape creep and crack formation.
⑦The impeller welds and main shaft undergo ultrasonic testing to ensure no welding defects or material defects, guaranteeing strength.
⑧The impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balancing calibration to ensure stable fan operation.
⑨After production, test assembly is conducted to ensure no interference between components.
