Vertical Rigid Monoblock structure is made out Graded Cast Iron providing stability and least distortion enabling heavy cuts and faster production. The main Spindle is housed in a cartridge containing a match pair of three superprecision angular contact bearings in front and a match pair of `two superprecision angular contact bearings at the rear, greased for life. The spindleis driven by toothed belt for optimum power transmission and finned for betterheat dissipation. Axis Motors are directly coupled to the Ball screws through aprecision Bellow Coupling for transmitting full power without transmission loss& getting optimum Tool Life.
