the well-known specialist manufacturer for notching, punching, bending and deburring machines, boschert gmbh & co. kg in l rrach, germany, is continuing in 2006 to pursue its goal of becoming a full-service provider for m......the well-known specialist manufacturer for notching, punching, bending and deburring machines, boschert gmbh & co. kg in l rrach, germany, is continuing in 2006 to pursue its goal of becoming a full-service provider for metal processing machines. at euroblech in hannover, germany - in cooperation with our greek development partner gizelis - the first flatbed plasma cutting machine will be introduced to the international specialists. thus, two years after the initial presentation of the shears and die-bending presses from greece, gizelis and boschert are introducing a new joint product that will likewise set standards. they are presenting the model hf 3015-160i, manufactured with a stable, rigid portal design and equipped with a sophisticated linear guide system as well as a double axle cnc control system. dynamic drives ensure positioning speeds of up to 18 meters/minute, with a guaranteed positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm. the worktable is 3,000 x 1,500 mm (x/y traveling axes) with a compact overall machine length and width of 4,000 x 2,500 mm. the work feeders can be adjusted between 10 and 8,000 mm/min, and therefore can be optimally adapted to the material to be cut and the material thickness. the kjellberg system hifocus 160i, which has proven itself time and again in industrial use, is used as the plasma source.
