The heat exchanger is made of precision-crafted 316L stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. The operating efficiency reaches up to 108%, with NOx emissions below 30mg/m³. The atmospheric design eliminates the need for regulatory inspections, making it suitable for installation in basements, rooftops, or green spaces. It is widely used for "coal-to-gas" conversions, "low-NOx retrofits," and for heating and hot water in small to medium-sized enterprises.

Fully Premixed Surface Combustion Technology

  • NOx Emissions Below 30mg/m³:
    The fully premixed combustion of natural gas and air ensures complete combustion. Automatic load adjustment combined with the multi-pass flue gas circulation structure of the heat exchanger effectively lowers combustion temperature and increases heat utilization. While the boiler operates efficiently, NOx emissions are reduced to below 30mg/m³, far below the strictest emission standards.

High-Efficiency Multi-Stage Heat Exchange / Condensing Technology

  • 108% Efficiency, More Hot Water:
    After combustion, the high-temperature flue gas undergoes multiple heat exchange stages before reaching the low-temperature condensing zone. The low-temperature finned tubes absorb both sensible heat and the latent heat released from water vapor condensation, achieving up to 108% efficiency. In comparison, traditional boilers typically have efficiencies of only 85%.

Stainless Steel Finned Tube Heat Exchanger

  • Corrosion Resistant, Anti-Scaling, Long Lifespan:
    Made from 316L stainless steel, this heat exchanger offers excellent thermal conductivity, three times higher than regular steel. A protective film forms on the surface during operation, enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring a long service life. During production, the base pipe and fins are welded using fully automated laser welding, resulting in a strong, high-penetration weld with minimal metallurgical changes, preventing crevice corrosion. The six-pass anti-scaling water path design ensures optimal heat exchange between flue gas and water.

Multiple Safety Protection Systems

  • Flameout Protection:
    Uses ion probes or optical sensors to detect the presence of a flame. If no flame is detected, the gas supply is automatically shut off, ensuring safety.

  • Over-Temperature Protection:
    Automatically shuts down the boiler if the water temperature exceeds 95°C, preventing damage to the boiler body and components.

  • Flue Gas Temperature Protection:
    Monitors flue gas temperature, stopping the system if it exceeds the safety limit.

  • Gas Pressure Protection:
    Prevents issues related to gas pressure fluctuations, ensuring stable flame conditions and preventing flame failure or reignition problems.

  • Gas Leak Protection:
    Automatically shuts off the gas supply if a gas leak is detected, locking the burner.

  • Anti-Freeze Protection:
    When the water temperature drops to 4°C, the boiler will automatically heat to 15°C to prevent freezing (requires the boiler to be powered on).
