②Components are selected with large safety margins; IGBT peak coefficient can reach 4 times. The input line uses Schneider high-capacity contactors with impact resistance and a wide voltage range, enabling long-term operation under large load shocks.
③Voltage sampling isolation and improved phase-locked loop algorithm for accurate zero-crossing voltage detection.
④LCL uses large-capacity damping resistors and capacitors, with single-phase damping resistors reaching 600W, providing a large absorption margin.
⑤The module uses high-capacity fans for heat dissipation, with bottom air intake and top air exhaust. The entire cabinet features air intake with dust filters, and the top is equipped with large-capacity exhaust fans, with an independent airflow design, ensuring excellent insulation and dustproof performance.
