Threaded Flange

Is a type of flange that connects directly to pipes via threads, mainly composed of a flange plate and a threaded inner hole for connection. It is suitable for low-pressure, small-diameter piping systems that do not require welding. Its easy installation makes it ideal for low-pressure systems like water, air, and gas pipelines, characterized by low cost and easy disassembly.

Materials used include carbon steels such as 16Mn, ASTM A234, alloy steels like 16MnR, 12Cr1MoV, and stainless steels like ASTM A403, 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The pressure range follows international standards from PN2.5, PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, to PN100 (MPa). The product size ranges from DN10 to DN4000 (mm), with common sizes between DN10 and DN600. Depending on specific requirements, sealing face types such as flat (FF), raised face (RF), convex-concave face (MFM), tongue and groove (TG), or ring joint face (RJ) are used.

Threaded flanges, with their no-welding feature, ease of installation and maintenance, and adaptability to special material pipe connections, offer unique application value in piping systems where welding is restricted or frequent disassembly and maintenance are required.
