The unit is composed of a modular air handling section connected to an independent cooling source via copper tubing. - Patent-Protected 3D Interlock Structure
Featuring patented three-dimensional interlock technology, the structure is compact with excellent sealing performance, achieving an air leakage resistance rating of F9, compliant with EN1886 standards. The casing meets the European EN1886 standard, reaching D1 level for strength.

The casing panels use a double-layered sandwich structure filled with high-efficiency polyurethane insulation material, with a thermal conductivity of less than 0.03W/m.K and a density of up to 50kg/m², offering superior insulation, shock absorption, and noise reduction.

The air handling section uses a modular design, with each module being 100mm. It can be adapted to site conditions, allowing flexible design of unit height and width. The unit can be factory-assembled or assembled on-site as needed.
- High-Quality Components, Efficient and Low Noise
The outdoor unit of the direct expansion modular air conditioning system uses a high-quality, fully enclosed scroll compressor from a well-known brand, providing high efficiency, low noise, and strong resistance to liquid impact. The indoor unit includes a high-quality, double-inlet centrifugal fan (AMCA-certified) or optional fan without a scroll. The fan impeller and belts undergo dynamic and static balance testing and are equipped with anti-vibration measures, ensuring low vibration, quieter operation, and extended service life.
- Advanced, Reliable Control System
The unit uses a microcontroller or PLC control system with an optional text-based operator interface or an LCD touchscreen. The built-in fuzzy or PID control offers a user-friendly interface, simple operation, and high reliability. Main electrical components are from well-known brands, with low failure rates and long life, and it provides an RS485 communication interface for remote monitoring.
- Excellent Heat Exchanger Quality
With optimized coil spacing and precision mechanically expanded copper tubes paired with aluminum fins, the structure ensures high heat transfer efficiency and a large heat transfer coefficient, delivering excellent thermal performance. The aluminum fins are specially treated to enhance corrosion resistance, significantly increasing the durability of the heat exchanger.
- Patent-Protected Internal Pipeline Structure
With pipeline simulation and stress data analysis, the design eliminates leakage. During transportation, the design minimizes vibration, avoiding resonance that can cause fatigue or damage and enhances noise absorption, reducing operational noise.
- Extended Pipe Length and Height Difference
The refrigerant piping length between the outdoor unit and the modular air handling unit can reach up to 60m, with a vertical height difference of up to 25m. The outdoor unit can be installed on the roof or ground, without a dedicated machine room, offering more freedom in design and installation, keeping users away from noise. Consult RISITA technical personnel if the length exceeds 60m.
- Easy Maintenance
The full-frame structure allows all panels to be removed, facilitating installation and maintenance. The unit is equipped with an inspection door for quick component inspection and maintenance, with all maintenance work accessible from one side without needing space on the opposite side.
