Loeser is prepared for any handling between machines used in automatic production cells. Planetary head and deburring tools The head is equipped with 4 brushes which are mounted on one rotating disk. This disk rotation can be independant frequency controlled rotate. Also the rotation direction can be set by the operator. The brushes are controlled by a different drive and also frequency controlled. Powerfull motors allow heavy removal rates and high finishing speeds. Special bearings with tight tolerances suit for perfect for precision components used in the automotive industry. The machines can be configured with multiple heads which than run in different directions to get a perfect result for 360° burr free holes on workpieces. Compensation systems are used on automatic lines and available for Siemens and Allen Bradley controls. 4 individual operations are possible on the planetary head: - 1.
