JFDV-40.5D indoor high-voltage AC combined vacuum circuit breaker is a new generation of 40.5kV switchgear developed by our company. It is an indoor switchgear with a rated voltage of 40.5kV and three-phase AC 50HZ. It integrates circuit breaker, isolating knife, grounding knife, current transformer and lightning arrester. It is mainly used for wall-mounted installation in wind power tower, and can also be used as an independent electrical unit in the box-type substation of 40.5kV power system to play a role of protection and control. For example, the high-voltage part of the box-type substation in onshore wind power and photovoltaic industries. The equipment adopts solid-sealed insulation, horizontal arrangement of poles, and symmetrical structure. It can be installed on the wall in the box-type substation, which can minimize the volume of the box-type substation and reduce the on-site construction area.
Product Features
The circuit breaker, isolating switch and grounding switch are interlocked with each other, taking into account mechanical and electrical interlocking, which is safe and reliable. The grounding switch and isolating switch are coaxially designed, which is simple and convenient to operate.
The vacuum circuit breaker, isolating switch, grounding switch, current transformer and voltage transformer are integrated into one device, which simplifies the installation and maintenance process, reduces the floor space, has high integration, and the modular design is easy to expand and upgrade to meet different application requirements.
The vacuum interrupter has excellent breaking performance, can effectively cut off the short-circuit current, ensure system safety, and adopts high-quality materials and advanced technology to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the maintenance frequency.
Low temperature tolerance -40℃, high temperature tolerance 60℃, standard products meet the use requirements of 2000 meters above sea level.
It is suitable for a variety of scenarios such as substations, photovoltaics, wind power, industrial and mining enterprises, urban power grids, etc. It can be flexibly configured according to user needs and provide customized solutions.
