When the packer and related equipment are in place, the shear pins of the telescopic joints can be sheared by tension or extrusion. They can be sheared in the early completion operation or after reaching the predetermined position in the later stage. The telescopic joints can be pinned at any position of the stroke, and the shear value can be adjusted by the number of shear pins.
