They offer advantages such as no loss of product gas, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness. They can be categorized as front-end dryers or rear-end dryers.
The structural design is a fully integrated skid-mounted system, with standard configurations including an integrated front-end coarse filter and a rear-end dust filter. Depending on the gas quality, additional components such as gas-liquid separators, oil removal units, and precision filters can be optionally added. The dryers use 4A spherical molecular sieves as the adsorbent, which can deeply remove residual moisture from natural gas while also adsorbing other impurities, resulting in pure and dry compressed natural gas (CNG). This provides excellent protection for downstream equipment such as compressors and dispensers, extending the service life of the system equipment.
