The enamel assembly tanks produced by our company are constructed from specially designed titanium alloy steel plates, sealing materials, self-locking bolts, and other components, with a service life of up to 50 years. The specially designed titanium alloy steel plates undergo pretreatment, after which two to three layers of inorganic glass-like coating are applied to both the inner and outer surfaces. These coatings are then sintered at high temperatures, forming a new composite material with strong bonding between the coating and the steel plate.
This composite protective layer not only prevents tank corrosion but also offers resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and exceptional wear resistance. The steel plates used for the enamel are specially designed titanium alloy plates, with strength twice that of ordinary steel plates. Commonly stocked plate thicknesses range from 3mm to 16mm. Both sides of the steel plates are sprayed with a base coat and a top coat of enamel, which are then dried and heated at 900°C to form a 0.3mm-thick enamel coating on the surface. This enamel coating not only prevents corrosion of the tank's steel plates but also provides resistance to strong acids and alkalis.
