TYP-T3-F Series Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Motor Control Device is a specialized intelligent device designed for oil pumps in conjunction with permanent magnet intelligent drive motors. This device is based on the continuous development of computer technology, communication networks, and motor control algorithms, using an automation system to achieve remote monitoring and control, as well as data collection for oilfield extraction.
The intelligent driver adopts the most advanced field-oriented control technology, performing permanent magnet motor field analysis control with dynamic high-speed response. It provides flexible control, high torque at low speeds, and ensures the entire system operates efficiently and energy-saving. The driver features multiple protection functions, including short circuit, overload, overvoltage, phase loss, and speed misalignment.
The digital module can switch between local/remote control modes. It interfaces with the SCADA monitoring center, the driver, and the oil pump wireless sensors via Ethernet, RS485, and ZigBee wireless communication interfaces, forming an intelligent data network for automatic data collection, analysis, and remote control.
A multi-functional meter is configured to perform high-precision measurement and analysis of electrical energy usage, with real-time data upload capabilities.
Temperature control device: Designed for harsh oilfield environments, it includes automatic heat dissipation control for high temperatures and automatic heating for low temperatures.
