Blower turning

Large or high-speed rotating equipment needs to be turned by electric turning device before starting and after stopping. It has been widely used in rotating machinery such as steam turbine generator set, small steam turbine, electric blower, turbine, centrifuge, etc. The electric turning device turns before starting the rotating equipment, which can avoid zero-speed starting when the rotating equipment is put into starting, and eliminate the impact of zero-speed starting on the mechanical part of the rotor, it can also reduce the impact of large motors starting at zero speed on the power grid. The electric turning gear is used when the rotating machinery is stopped or in a standby state for a long time, which can prevent the rotor from bending. The electric turning gear can also perform center correction and clearance measurement on the rotating equipment during maintenance.

At present, the electric turning device is divided into semi-automatic and automatic two, explosion-proof type and non-explosion-proof type, can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
