The LG/Y130 type boiler induced draft fan is designed to meet the varying demands of industrial boilers, taking into account the differences in coal quality, dust collector and economizer resistance, as well as the varying air volume and pressure requirements for the induced draft fan. This fan series was developed to provide users with a cost-effective and adaptable solution for their boiler systems. The LY130 type boiler induced draft fan is suitable for the induced draft fan systems of 2 to 670T/h steam boilers in thermal power plants. It can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation if no other special requirements are needed.

Product Features:

①The fan design is based on aerodynamic sketches developed through over a year of model testing. It incorporates advanced proprietary technologies such as high-strength, wear-resistant impellers and oil-sealing bearing boxes.

②The efficient operating range is wide, with a dense arrangement of fan sizes, making it easy to select a high-efficiency operating point.

③High-Strength, Wear-Resistant Impeller
The impeller uses near-diameter, backward-curved single blades to reduce airflow impact, ensuring good stability. The motor is less prone to overload, overcoming issues like internal ash infiltration and vibration caused by wear on the hollow wing blades of the previous 4-73 type. The areas of the impeller prone to wear are treated with special anti-wear welding, significantly extending the fan's service life. This type of fan has a high pressure coefficient, low rotational speed, and low noise, making it highly practical.

④This fan is available in either integrated or split assembly. For fans with a model number of 16D and below, the transmission unit, motor, and coupler cover are pre-assembled onto a complete base before leaving the factory. The casing, air inlet, and adjustment door form another foundation. Smaller models are assembled into two parts before shipment, while larger models are disassembled into three parts (with the motor as a separate foundation).

⑤Complete Accessories
The fan comes with all necessary components, including the adjustment door, coupler cover, inlet and outlet flanges, base bolts, and can be supplied with optional actuators, shock absorbers, and silencers as needed.

⑥Complete Parameter Information
The fan includes data on major components’ weights, static and dynamic loads, rotor flywheel torque, resistance curves during startup, adjustment door resistance, and dimensions. With the fan’s technical documentation, users can proceed with installation design.

⑦Ease of Installation and Maintenance
The fan has two complete bases for the casing and transmission unit. The casing is designed with a horizontal or vertical split, making disassembly especially convenient. The rotor can be lifted vertically for maintenance, and if only the impeller needs to be replaced, it can be axially disassembled.

⑧Product Quality Assurance Measures

a.Designed and manufactured according to national and industry standards.

b.Performance is based on similarity calculations derived from model testing.

c.For impellers with a diameter greater than 2m or a peripheral speed exceeding 100m/s, nondestructive testing is performed according to standards.

d.When the impeller's peripheral speed is high, reinforced blades are used. The wear-prone parts of the induced draft fan blades are treated with special wear-resistant welding rods, and after on-site wear, users can perform re-welding themselves.
