The fully welded plate heat exchanger is manufactured by segment-forming and pressing the plates, which are then welded together using an automatic seam welding machine. The welded plate sets are further welded into the heat exchange core using an automatic argon arc welding machine, and the heat exchange core is welded into the shell. This design combines the high heat transfer efficiency and compact structure of plate heat exchangers with the high pressure and high temperature resistance of shell-and-tube heat exchangers.

The shell can be designed as a detachable structure according to user’s needs, allowing mechanical cleaning of each flow path. It is suitable for applications in centralized heating, cogeneration, chemical, refining, fuel ethanol, and environmental protection industries, among others.
