35kV oil-immersed transformer - Product

Product introduction:

The new S11 series 35kV power transformer coil heat dissipation adopts a new oil channel structure, reasonable design, and optimized insulation process, which improves the mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, using a five-step lamination process, and the surface is coated with curing paint to reduce losses and noise. It has a beautiful appearance and reliable operation.

Product features:

The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, 45° full-bevel weld, no punching and epoxy tape binding structure, and the core surface is coated with special core protection paint to reduce loss and noise;

The new oil channel structure is adopted, which has high heat dissipation efficiency, reduces the temperature rise of the transformer, and extends the service life of the transformer;

The box adopts a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure to prevent air and moisture from contacting the transformer oil, reduce the aging of the oil, and extend the service life of the transformer. The volume change of the transformer oil due to thermal expansion and contraction is adjusted through the elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet;

The transformer is equipped with pressure release safety protection. When the pressure is too high due to a transformer failure, it can be released reliably and safely through the pressure release valve to prevent the expansion of the accident.
