The TOP-5879F1-C41 series of intelligent valve positioner adopts the nozzle-baffle technology and is made of 316L stainless steel. It is used in conjunction with pneumatic control valves (such as diaphragm control valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, etc.) and are widely applied to the precise control of flow and other parameters in the production processes of highly corrosive working environments such as petroleum and chemical engineering.

- The nozzle-baffle 3/3 slide valve type I/P has strong capabilities of resisting dust, moisture, and oil stains on site, and has low requirements for the quality of compressed air.

- The product is equipped with built-in buttons and a large-sized liquid crystal display, which is convenient for users to determine the working status of the positioner on site and consult information.

- The HART communication module can be added, which is convenient for users to obtain or modify the working information of the positioner and the valve online.

- The valve position output module can be added, which is convenient for users to feed back the opening degree of the valve.

- The flow characteristics such as valve linearity, quick opening, equal percentage, and user-defined settings can be arbitrarily set, which is convenient for valve control.

- The patented rapid one-key auto-tuning method can meet the needs of users for quick installation and foolproof debugging.

- The innovative grey prediction-integral split PID composite control algorithm is adopted, which can achieve a control accuracy of 1 - 0.3%.
