Currently, there are many types of boilers with varying coal qualities, and after the installation of dust removal and waste heat recovery equipment, insufficient draft force is generated, affecting normal operation. To overcome the draft insufficiency caused by the above reasons, and phenomena such as positive pressure in the furnace affecting combustion and normal boiler operation, induced draft fans with matched airflow and pressure have been designed and manufactured, offering various models for user selection.

Product Features:
①The fan has a high pressure, making it ideal for use with 1-20t/h industrial boilers that employ spiral pipelines and multi-pipe dust collectors.
②The induced draft fan is designed for single suction, with multiple model sizes ranging from №4 to №30.
③The position of the fan's outlet is indicated by the angle of the outlet on the casing. "Left" or "Right" can be made in three angles: 0°, 90°, and 180°.
④The fan's drive methods are C-type, D-type, and F-type, with the motor and fan connected by either belt drive or elastic coupling direct drive.
⑤The fan is highly efficient, with high total pressure, low noise, and flat performance curves. The economic operating range is wide. It uses backward-curved blades, and its efficiency at the best operating point within total pressure is 86.5%. The noise level (A-weighted sound level) is Ls=11.5dB.
