Enamel assembled tanks are constructed on-site using specialized enamel steel plates, hoop ribs, self-locking bolts, sealant, and other accessories. The steel plates are made from titanium alloy enamel hot-rolled steel developed in collaboration with leading domestic steel enterprises.
The tanks are formed using a rapid, low-consumption on-site assembly technique. After the enamel steel plates undergo a high-temperature enameling process at 820°-930°C, the enamel glaze fuses with the steel plate surface, creating a strong, chemically inert inorganic coating with excellent corrosion resistance. The enameling process is currently one of the most advanced coating anti-corrosion technologies in the steel storage tank market.
