The CBA-6 Multi-Channel Circuit Breaker Operation Characteristic Analyzer is designed to test the operation characteristics of all types of metal contacts, including SF6 switches, GIS combined appliances, vacuum switches, and oil switches, produced both domestically and internationally. Testing includes parameters such as timing (inherent opening/closing time, phase synchronization, interphase synchronization), speed (initial opening/closing speed, maximum speed, time-travel characteristic curve), travel (total travel, opening distance, overtravel, overshoot, bounce amplitude), closing resistance, reclosing (open-close, close-open, close-open-close timing for each contact; metallic short-circuit time, no-current time), current (opening/closing coil current, current waveform), and operation voltage.

- High Testing Accuracy: Timing accuracy reaches 0.5% ±0.1ms, and speed accuracy reaches 1% ±0.1 m/s. The auxiliary contact timing measurement accurately captures the metallic short-circuit time of the breaker.

The device also supports easy installation of accelerometers, linear travel sensors, and rotary sensors.
- Simple Operation: Features a large screen with backlit LCD display and electronic contrast adjustment. The device provides full Chinese menu prompts, and after one switching action, it displays all data and waveform graphs. Wiring is simplified, allowing for multi-contact testing with a single connection.
