Screw pump

Product Composition
The screw pump consists of three parts: stator, rotor, and limiter. The helical interference fit between them forms a continuously sealed cavity, and the transmission of the medium is achieved through the rotational movement of the rotor.

Product Advantages
① Stator Characteristics: The imported rubber formula for the stator improves its oil resistance, while the injection molding process has been improved, solving the problem of rubber delamination and poor resistance to medium in screw pump stators. Special adhesives are also used to ensure the stability of the bond between the rubber and the stator housing.
② Rotor Characteristics: After theoretical analysis, experiments, and use, the parameters of the stator and rotor have been optimized. High-quality carbon structural steel is used for material selection to ensure the rotor has sufficient torsional strength. An integrated heat treatment process is employed to ensure uniform strength along the entire rotor length, avoiding breakage caused by uneven force at any point.
③ Rotor Surface Treatment Process: After processing on the spiral milling machine, the rotor undergoes chromium plating and is then polished. The surface roughness of the chromium plating at any point on the rotor is guaranteed to be no greater than Ra 0.4μm.
④ The stator of the screw pump adopts an integrated injection molding process to ensure the spiral line of the stator rubber is consistent over the entire length. This improves the coupling between the stator and rotor, benefiting both pump efficiency and stator lifespan.
⑤ The screw pump features high pump efficiency, prevention of gas locking, resistance to sand, and easy maintenance, making it more suitable for oil well extraction.

Product Application
With the continuous development of oilfields, varying well conditions such as sand, water, gas, wax, and heavy oil are becoming increasingly evident. The screw pump, as an oil extraction device, has solved the lifting problems of complex oil wells to varying extents, and demonstrates its adaptability to different well conditions.
Currently, screw pumps are mainly used in oilfields such as Xinjiang Oilfield, Jidong Oilfield, Henan Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Qinghai Oilfield, and Jilin Oilfield. Approximately 80 screw pumps are used annually.
