Product Introduction:
WS-G 40.5kV gas-insulated switchgear floor-mounted switchgear. It features extremely high stability, reliable operation, and ensures the safety of operators. The system is equipped with a user-friendly interface and complies with the latest environmental protection requirements.
Product Features:
Economy: During installation, expansion, or removal, the system can be connected from the front of the switchgear. The innovative busbar connection B-link eliminates the need for special gas handling on-site. It reduces space and land area requirements, shortening installation time.
Personnel Safety: All switch components are metal-enclosed, minimizing the risk of contact with live parts. A comprehensive interlocking system ensures operators are in the safest position.
Reliability: Each gas chamber is equipped with mechanical or electrical detection devices, each with independent pressure relief mechanisms. It also has a reliable drive and interlocking system.
Environmental Protection: Material and energy consumption are optimized during the manufacturing process. No gas treatment is needed when installing or expanding the switchgear. Recyclable materials are used for effective disposal after the product's lifespan.
Innovative B-link Connection System: The B-link connection system requires no maintenance. It utilizes voltage control technology, external grounding, and durable, flexible silicone insulation to simplify the connection of the switchgear and ensure more even electric field distribution. All silicone insulating parts are pre-installed in the switchgear at the factory and undergo partial discharge tests. The B-link system enables visible on-site installation. When the B-link connection system of adjacent switchgear is disassembled, an insulating distance forms between the separated busbars, eliminating the need for gas treatment.
