It consists of the flange plate and a matching orifice plate, with evenly distributed bolt holes on the flange plate for connection to pipelines or other equipment. The main working principle is to generate a pressure difference through the built-in orifice plate, which, combined with a differential pressure transmitter, achieves flow measurement and control.
Various materials such as carbon steel like 10# and 20#, alloy steels like 16MnR and 12Cr1MoV, and stainless steels like ASTM A403 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti can be used. Pressure ratings include 300LB, 600LB, 900LB, 1500LB, and 2500LB. Among these, 300LB includes WN, SO, and TH types, while 600LB to 2500LB only includes the WN type. The standard product size ranges from NPS1/2 to NPS24. Sealing surface types, such as raised face (RF) and ring joint (RJ), are used based on actual requirements.
