It is a widely used medium-pressure heavy-duty centrifugal fan, commonly applied in boilers, dust collectors, desulfurization systems, cement, chemical, metallurgy, power, and gas/material transportation systems, as well as general ventilation.

Product Features:

①Capable of delivering relatively high output pressure while providing a larger gas flow with low noise. It can operate stably at higher medium temperatures.

②Custom-designed according to customer performance requirements, optimized using CFD technology, with energy consumption lower than similar models.

③The airflow path and impeller are optimized multiple times, providing higher efficiency and better energy savings than ordinary large-flow fans.

④The materials for the impeller and main shaft are selected based on different working temperatures and speeds, using high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature-resistant alloy steel, and high-temperature high-strength alloy steel, ensuring reliable strength at high temperatures.

⑤Capable of handling dust-laden gases, from low to high dust concentrations. The specially treated blade surfaces achieve a hardness of HRC60-70, extending impeller life by over three times.

⑥The impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balancing, ensuring stable fan operation.

⑦The fan system features a split design, greatly reducing transportation costs for customers.

⑧Each component has an installation number, and with the guidance of the installation manual, the system can be successfully assembled.
