Overview

The A-series outdoor SF6 insulated load break switch is suitable for distribution lines with a rated voltage of 15/27/38kV, a rated current of 630A, and a rated frequency of 50/60Hz. The switch is designed to interrupt and close load currents in power systems and can automatically isolate faulty distribution lines. Equipped with the latest technology electronic controller, the switch supports manual, electric, and remote operation, enabling remote monitoring and control.

The switch can be used as an independent unit or connected to a central station for intelligent grid transformation.

Product Features

  1. Switch Body

2.1 The switch shell is filled with high-purity SF6 gas (purity over 99.9%), non-toxic, non-flammable, with excellent electrical insulation properties and good arc-quenching characteristics (arc-quenching time ≤ 10ms).

2.2 The switch shell is made from 316 or 304 stainless steel, bent in a one-piece mold, automated argon arc welded, and uses advanced defect detection technology, ensuring a protection rating of no less than IP67, completely eliminating the possibility of gas leakage. The surface of the shell is coated, and the switch is designed for a service life of over 30 years.

2.3 The switch is equipped with three high-precision current transformers and six voltage sensors, providing current and voltage information for the controller.

2.4 The switch features an integrated triangular spring mechanism, simple structure, reliable operation, and fast switching capabilities.

2.5 Depending on project requirements, the inlet and outlet conduits can be made of epoxy resin and silicone composite conduits, ceramic conduits, or cable connections.

2.6 The switch is equipped with multiple safety devices: high-voltage pressure release explosion-proof device, low-pressure indicator and pressure gauge, low-pressure mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, manual interlocking devices (electrical and manual), etc.

2.7 A counter is installed at the bottom of the switch to record the number of operations.

2.8 Clear switch indicators are installed at the front and bottom of the switch, linked to the main shaft, facilitating easy observation of the switch's operational status under the pole.

2.9 After configuring the latest technology electronic controller, the switch supports manual, electric, and remote operation, enabling remote monitoring and control.

2.11 Complies with IEC62351 security standards.

2.12 Meets IEC61131-3 logic programming functions.
