First developed for the printing industry to reduce the processing tim for complete cylinder preperation. This system eliminated the dechroming by chemicals .The processing costs in the HSDSF is less than any other system. Tolerances depending to the configuration can be achieved. The preperation prior to copper plating as well as prior to engraving and finishing of the final chrome plated surface is done in the same machine. For the use of hydraulic cylinder and bar preperation all requirements are not only met they are superceeded The pictures show the clamping with fine adjustable chucks. Also automatic clamping with cone or center is available. The systems can be automatically loaded by crane when cones are used. Superfinish and Beltgrinding heads on one Platform. The Work area of the belt grinding is seperated from the superfinish which are on the side. Superfinish systems SF 102 and SF 202 are available to choose. For special finishing requirements the patented SF102 can change the contact roll in less than a minute to : Double contact roll, contact plate, contact shoe, rubber belt head, fixture for honing stone. Special low friction guides for the superfinish adjustment allow most precise pressure control. Reduced consumable costs and more repeteable finishes as well as special finishing requirements for Anilox rolls are achieved.
