The 6-2X39 series F-type induced draft and forced draft fans are a new generation of fans developed by our company based on the absorption of advanced domestic and international technologies. They are mainly used in metallurgy coke oven dust removal and gas transportation systems, and can also be used in air delivery fans for fluidized bed boilers and other induced draft systems, where the medium delivered by the forced draft fan is air, and the medium delivered by the induced draft fan is flue gas or gas containing particulate impurities. When the dust concentration is below 200mg/m³, the impeller service life can exceed 38,000 hours, and the operating temperature of the fan generally should not exceed 250°C.

Product Features

①Custom-designed based on customer performance requirements, optimized using CFD technology, with energy consumption lower than similar models.

②The blade angle has been optimized for better wear resistance and longer service life.

③The fan pressure and flow can be flexibly adjusted during operation using an adjustable damper. A variable frequency motor can also be selected to adjust the fan pressure and flow by changing the speed.

④The fan is equipped with temperature and vibration sensors, making it easy to install a fan monitoring system.

⑤Made of high-quality carbon steel, it can also be made of stainless steel or other metals according to customer requirements.

⑥The impeller welds and main shaft undergo ultrasonic testing to ensure no welding defects or material defects, ensuring strength.

⑦The bearing cooling method is selected based on gas temperature and environmental conditions, with a mature and low-cost water-cooling method, or an oil-cooling method with better heat dissipation performance. For extremely high-temperature operating conditions, an electronic cooler can also be added to protect the reliable operation of the fan system.

⑧Large components are disassembled for transportation, allowing most parts to be loaded into containers for shipping, saving on freight costs.

⑨Each component has an installation number, and under the guidance of the installation manual, the system assembly can be completed smoothly.
