The VMF series mining axial flow fan is specifically designed for various coal mines, metal mines, and other sectors such as large tunnel ventilation and military engineering. It features adjustable moving blades and adjustable blade angles with one-time linkage for the main fan.

This series of main fans is optimized and designed based on introduced technology, and by analyzing the actual conditions in Chinese coal mines, it optimally matches the collector, diffuser, and the moving and static blades. This ensures the fan operates at optimal efficiency, and the efficiency curve is nearly parallel to the resistance curve of the mine system’s pipeline, allowing the fan to operate economically, efficiently, and stably across a large load variation range during the mine’s operation at both early and later stages.

Structural Features:

The fan consists of a brake device, transmission device, air collector, front guide duct group, bearing group, main fan duct, impeller, rear guide duct group, diffuser, and silencer, among other components.
The stationary parts of the fan are made of high-quality structural steel, the hub is made of low-alloy steel, the blades are made of LD5 forged aluminum alloy, and the main shaft is made of 45# steel.
The fan's bearing box uses high-quality bearings from Germany's FAG or Sweden's SKF, with forced oil lubrication using a rare oil system, ensuring safe and reliable operation between ambient temperatures of -32°C to +37°C. The external oil tank has oil level display, low oil level alarm, and abnormal oil temperature alarm devices, making it suitable for long-term operation in coal mines.
The fan is equipped with an anti-surge alarm device that will trigger an alarm if the fan enters a surge state. If the alarm is not cleared within 60 seconds, the fan will automatically shut down.
