Group was founded in 1967 on the initiative of Carlo Barzaghi and Dionigi Ponti that after having acquired a specific technological experience, decided to build presses and shears, ensuring optimal time position on the market and a reputation for holding technically vanguard. The know-how achieved in the design and manufacture press brakes, shears, cutting lines, line and profiling machines for cutting sheet metal plasma contributes to become IMAL Group leading the industry, thanks to the high quality and the strong price competitiveness. IMAL Group obtained the ISO 9001 in 2000 confirming high levels of quality in the design, the manufacturing, customer relations and the entire organization. In early 2004 I.MA.L.Group initiated a process of evolution of the activities that led to the drafting of an industrial plan aimed at turning the company in order to make it competitive, robust and suitable to play a role leadership in bringing in the second generation of entrepreneurs, whose contribution to the professionalism of all the managers and employees have permission to activate a process of effective management based on the involvement and confrontation. Today the society is divided on an establishment of about 4,000 square meters covered a total area of 6500 square meters a staff of 40 people and agencies selling spread worldwide. The mission of IMAL Group is to improve the dialogue with customers in order to meet the demands and anticipate the expectations in terms of trends in products and services.
