The new generation of low-carbon circulating fluidized bed boiler thermal power system is the latest major breakthrough based on the 25 years of hard work and continuous research and development of the third generation of fluidized combustion technology by the Taiguo-Tsinghua research team led by Academician Yue Guangxi.
Through more than 20 years of arduous industry-university-research cooperation with the team of Academician Yue Guangxi of Tsinghua University, Taiguo Group has built a professional technical research and development team for circulating fluidized bed boiler thermal power systems with the highest level, largest scale and strongest strength in the domestic industry, and has developed a number of internationally leading important technical achievements, leading China's circulating fluidized bed boiler technology through the three important historical development stages of "stable operation, coal and electricity saving, and ultra-low emissions", and taking the lead in entering the new development stage of "low-carbon intelligence", pushing China's circulating fluidized bed boiler technology to an absolute leading position in the world.
◆ The first generation of standardized products: from 1997 to 2005, it took 8 years to build a theoretical system for the steady-state design of circulating fluidized bed boilers, and launched the first generation of standardized circulating fluidized bed boiler products, ending the history of circulating fluidized bed boilers relying on experience design, subverting the traditional design concept of circulating fluidized bed boilers, and fundamentally solving the problem of stable operation of circulating fluidized bed boilers.
◆ The second generation of energy-saving products: from 2005 to 2012, it took 7 years to train more than 20 masters of thermal energy engineering from Tsinghua University, build a theoretical system for the flow state reconstruction design of circulating fluidized bed boilers, and launch the second generation of energy-saving circulating fluidized bed boiler products, which completely solved the three major world problems that plagued the development of circulating fluidized bed boilers: "high power consumption, high coal consumption, and severe wear".
◆ The third generation of ultra-low products: from 2012 to 2017, it took 5 years to build a theoretical system for the secondary reconstruction design of the flow state of circulating fluidized bed boilers, and launched the third generation of ultra-low emission circulating fluidized bed boiler products. The core of this technology is to actively achieve the original ultra-low emission of SO and NOx during the combustion process, and no longer need to superimpose a large number of desulfurization and denitrification equipment at the tail of the boiler, which completely breaks the scope of domestic and foreign cognition of the pollution control ability of coal-fired circulating fluidized bed combustion itself.
◆ New generation of low-carbon system: After 2017, the Taiguo-Tsinghua research team accurately grasped the development direction of low-carbon energy in the new era, prepared for a rainy day, and made early arrangements. On the basis of the third-generation product technology system, it deeply explored the low-carbon emission potential of circulating fluidized bed combustion technology. After more than four years of arduous engineering practice and exploration, it has completely built a low-carbon thermal power energy supply engineering technology system that integrates the four-in-one deep integration of boiler host, auxiliary machine, environmental protection, and control, and launched a new generation of low-carbon circulating fluidized bed boiler thermal power system.
