During eighty years of manufacturing the company has constantly reviewed and kept pace with the latest technology in machine tool design, and has adapted accordingly to meet the markets ever changing demands. “Research and development” together with innovative design has become the key objective in a company dedicated to producing technological solutions. From 2007 Safop plants is located in Pordenone, with an area of 24,000 sq. mt., of which 8,300 are indoors. Our market The combination of two important aspects, like the customer’s requirements for dedicated machines and the extended sales network, made possible the presence of Safop machines world wide. In 2006 Safop established WZ SAFOP HEAVY DUTY MACHINE TOOL COMPANY, a Joint Venture with WZ - Wuhan Heavu Duty Machine Works, leader Company in China manufacturing machines tools and for the supply of castings and forgings. The foundry produces 30.000 Ton of cast iron and 3.000 Tons of forgings per year. Capacity for a single piece is of 130 Tons. Safop’s machines are used with success in many fields of applications: Energy sector, Steel sector, Paper sector, Shipyard, Aerospace and Railway sector, Heavy sector.
