GSR6-12/24/40.5 Series Eco-Friendly Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear: Eco-friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear using dry air or nitrogen as the insulating medium.
Other Products: Mainly produces 12kV~72.5kV sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas-insulated switchgear, 12kV~72.5kV eco-friendly gas-insulated switchgear, as well as integrated prefabricated box-type substations, primary and secondary integrated pole-mounted circuit breakers, and primary and secondary integrated ring main units. Ten categories of products, including ring main units, switchgear, high-voltage cable branch boxes, box-type substations, and pole-mounted circuit breakers, have passed the State Grid's joint pre-qualification. Three categories, including 10kV pole-mounted vacuum breaker automation equipment, have passed the Southern Power Grid's pre-qualification.
Production Scale
Hangzhou Lin'an Base: Factory building area: 30,000 square meters. Employees: Over 200, including more than 40 mid-to-senior technical personnel. Seven production lines have been established, including intelligent eco-friendly ring main units and intelligent welding production lines, with a digital twin management platform successfully implemented. Annual output value reached 520 million yuan in 2023 and exceeded 600 million yuan in 2024.
Zhuzhou Economic Development Zone Base: Total investment: 600 million yuan. Phase I land area: 51 acres, with 35,000 square meters of idle factory buildings leased and revitalized. Leveraging "Internet +," artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0, and 5G application technologies, the base aims to build a next-generation smart factory integrating intelligent sensing, data collection, and integrated analysis. Expected annual output value to exceed 500 million yuan within three years.
