Among them, the pipe fitting workshop includes 5000T four-column hydraulic press, intermediate frequency pushing machine (DN1400), elbow cold forming machine (DN700), three-way cold extrusion machine (DN500) and corresponding supporting processing equipment, environmental protection pickling facilities, etc. The flange workshop is equipped with a 2-meter CNC ring rolling machine and a matching gas forging furnace, loading and reclaiming machine integrated flange ring forging production line, 750KG, 1000KG, 2000KG air hammer and 1250mm vertical ring rolling machine as the main body of the free forging production line and equipped with corresponding metal processing equipment. The pressure vessel workshop has 8m*9m*30m large-scale desktop heat treatment furnace, supporting processing center, CNC lathe, various welding equipment, 5m CNC vertical lathe and 300-ton lifting crane and other large-scale equipment. The Linjiang wharf near the company is a special heavy wharf specially designed by the special department of the city for the development of our company, which can be directly loaded with large-scale equipment with a diameter of 9 meters, a length of 80 meters and a weight of 1,000 tons.
