Henan Liwei Industrial Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Liwei") was founded in 1988, covering an area of 42,000 square meters. It is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of anti-corrosion pipe linings, flexible rubber joints, metal joints, rubber pipes, plates, belts and other products. It has an annual production capacity of 18,000 tons of pipe linings and 20,000 sets of compensators, with an output value of 200 million yuan.
Up to now, the products that have been developed and put into production are: 1. Anti-corrosion lining products, covering various types of ordinary steel pipe fittings, alloy materials, various valves, valve bodies, tank bodies, etc.; 2. Rubber compensator series products, including single sphere, double sphere, multi-sphere, one-piece molding, winding molding and other 5 series with more than 40 specifications and models; 3. Steel joints, bellows expansion joints and other products. It is a member of the China Water Supply and Drainage Association, the China Anti-Corrosion Technology Association, and the China Nuclear Energy Industry Association. It is the drafting unit of the GB/T-26121-2010 "Flexible Rubber Joint" standard.
Since its establishment, the company has applied for more than 30 utility model patents, passed the ISO9001-2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001-2015 environmental management system certification, ISO45001-2018 occupational health and safety management system certification, and is one of the enterprises that formulated the national standard "GB/T2010 Flexible Rubber Joint". In 2009, the Zhengzhou Compensator R&D Center was established, and in 2021 it was approved by the Department of Science and Technology as a provincial compensator technology research center. The company has been awarded the title of "Model Enterprise of Open and Democratic Management of Factory Affairs", "Provincial Enterprise of Honesty and Trustworthiness", "Famous Trademark" at the provincial and municipal levels; "Best Employer" at the municipal level, "Patent Work Demonstration" enterprise at the municipal level, and "Tax-paying Class A Enterprise" by the State Administration of Taxation. In 2016, the company's products were jointly issued by 12 departments including Henan Provincial Commission of Industry and Information Technology, Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Henan Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, Henan Provincial Department of Finance, and Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, "Henan Gongxin Lianyungang (2016) No. 153" to be identified as the first batch of high-quality industrial products in Henan Province.
