By producing machinery based on unique solutions, we supply real competitive advantages to our customers. These technology solutions, often patented, represent a combination of productivity and flexibility, with maximum accuracy and reliability. Founded by Dr. Eng. Mario Buffoli in the early 50’s as an Industrial Design Technical Office, since 1958 Buffoli has grown into a complete manufacturing facility (10,000 sq m – 108,000 sq ft) for the production of highly productive and flexible equipment built on the latest technology in the service of a wide variety of industries. In the last 50 years of business, we have installed 800 machines in 30 countries on 5 continents. We are proud to be in a position of leadership in exporting over 90% of our production to the North American and North European markets. Almost all of the 800 Buffoli machines installed in the world are still running after decades of operation, even after having produced hundreds of millions of parts with average cycle times of a few seconds, often working on three shifts for 6 or 7 days a week. Our continuous innovation and research, combined with close customer cooperation, allows us to constantly develop and improve our machines, serving all types of industries all over the world. Since 1990 Buffoli has worked in co-operation with a partner company that produces Buffoli multi-processor Digital CNC WinFlex. In several countries, Buffoli has started co-operative agreements with local companies, whose personnel have been trained in Italy. The North American market is served by Buffoli North America - TPS International located in Sussex, WI. The Asian markets are served by our partner company Integrated Technologies, with headquarters in Shanghai and partners in Japan and South Korea.
