（1） Historical evolution. CNNC (Zhengzhou) Storage and Transportation Trading Co., Ltd. is affiliated to China National Nuclear Corporation. It is a large-scale military industry state-owned warehousing and logistics enterprise. Since it established 60 years ago, it has made outstanding contributions to national defense and local economic construction.
The company's predecessor was Zhengzhou Warehouse of the Third Bureau of the Third Ministry of Machinery Industry. On September 26, 1958, in order to support the construction of the Second Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Zhengzhou warehouse renovation system was transferred to the Second Ministry of Machinery Industry and named Zhengzhou Office of the Second Ministry of Machinery Industry. On March 1, 1968, in order to adapt to the developmental needs of China's atomic energy industry and give full play to the material transferring function of Zhengzhou Office. On September 20, 1982, according to the institutional reform plan of the State Council, the Second Ministry of Machinery Industry was abolished and the Ministry of Nuclear Industry was established. On June 21 of the same year, in order to further adapt to the needs of the market economy, it was approved by the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Materials of the People's Republic of China in the form of Energy Person (1988) No. 110 document and China Nuclear Industry Corporation Nuclear Industry Corporation (1988) No. 67 document, and established Zhengzhou Storage and Transportation Trading Company for the supply and marketing of China Nuclear Industry Materials based on the Warehouse 302 of China National Nuclear Industry Corporation.
At the end of 1995, in accordance with the needs of the Nuclear Industry Corporation's overall development plan to adapt to the market economy, the company's planned allocation function for internal units was terminated. It used warehouse resources to carry out external warehousing and leasing of warehouses and serve nuclear power material trade activities. On the basis of ensuring the original function of allocating materials within the company and adapting to market demand, outside the company, it carried out material storage, transportation, operation and trade activities.
On April 7, 2009, the original name of China Nuclear Industry Material Supply and Marketing- Zhengzhou Storage and Transportation Trading Company was changed to China National Nuclear Industry (Zhengzhou) Storage and Transportation Trading Company [(Zhenzhou Industry and Commerce) registered enterprise name (2009) No. 3]. It strengthened and increased the weight of external warehousing leasing, and developed labor technology export service business to the nuclear power market on the basis of maintaining the original material sales.
Since May 2010, it has continued to ensure full-load warehouse leasing for the external market, and undertaken warehouse material management and transportation management services for some nuclear power plants.
According to the document required of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the group company, the company's restructuring was completed in November 2017, and it was renamed as CNNC (Zhengzhou) Storage and Transportation Trading Co., Ltd.
（2）Company address. The company has a registered capital of 19.683 million yuan and is located within the Second Ring Road of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It is adjacent to Haitangsi Station of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway to the east, to the west of Asia's largest railway marshalling station - Zhengzhou North Railway Station, and to the north is the Agricultural Road that crosses Zhengzhou from east to west. On the west side of the expressway is Jingsha Expressway, a fully elevated expressway that runs through the north and south of the city, and is connected to the North Third Ring Road. The company is only 10 kilometers away from the entrance of Lianhuo Expressway and 15 kilometers away from the entrance of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. （3）Business segments. The company integrates warehousing, transportation, trade and nuclear technology application, covering an area of 186 acres, approximately 120,000 square meters. The storage area reaches 50,000 square meters, including 2 large mechanized enclosed warehouses of 10,000 square meters, 39 medium-sized warehouses and a three-dimensional warehouse. The three-dimensional warehouse is equipped with an automated fire sprinkler system, a powerless turbine ventilation system and a bright and environmentally friendly lighting system. It has an area of 500 square meters and a loading and unloading platform. It has several battery-type high-rise shelf forklifts imported from Germany with an operating height of 7 meters. The company has more than 10 lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts, with medium and long-distance transportation capabilities and urban distribution capabilities. The company adopts modern production management methods, electronic measurement computer management, information networking, and has an annual cargo throughput capacity of 200,000 tons. The material storage capacity reaches more than 100 tons. The company passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in 2004; in 2009, it was rated as national "AAA" warehousing logistics enterprise by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing; and was rated as third-level warehousing logistics enterprise by China Warehousing Association. It was rated as a qualified supplier of China National Nuclear Corporation in 2013; It passed the HSE health, safety and environmental management system certification in 2016.

Currently, the company has thousands of square meters of nuclear power warehouses in the reservoir are, stocking hundreds of items of nuclear power materials.
